"the alien, the own, the sacred, the apparent, the new, the immeasurable. the impact, the sensitive in permanent postwar state. all the battles, all the keys, all the legends. all the heavens are these and the hells. every purgatory, every child with a name. all times, all the graves are us. all the messiahs, every invention: all those christs."

In "Haute Couture" (2000-2003, micro-cutting and making of sound frequencies), I developed a method of composition based on the micro sampling of the songs I listened to several times a day and that process began with a transcription error, while trying to digitize a song that was recorded on a cassette.

This is an artwork composed on December 20, 2001, when Argentina was going through one of its most remembered crises. That same day it was presented in public at an a Library located a few blocks away from the Flag Memorial where people had gathered to manifest.
